• Daily raw materials ordering indent process.

STAFFING AND TRAINING:Trained Staff is provided by the main kitchen. But you are free to send your personnel for training. Training starts 15 days prior to store opening in existing kitchens.

RAW MATERIALS: All the raw materials are supplied from Central Kitchen only. Few of the ingredients are sourced by the Franchisee directly from vendors we approve of.
